Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility: Due to the unique nature of crystals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Once you have received confirmed shipped status the item is not replaceable.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will require photo of the damage and may issue a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders and sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as your order will begin processing.

Product Descriptions & Images

Please note that all crystals and stones are natural and may vary slightly in color, size, and pattern. Product images on our website aim to represent each item as accurately as possible, but due to the nature of stones, minor differences may occur. Some stones have multiple origins. The Creatrix Vortex sources the majority of their collection directly from Madagascar. If the product is sourced from another origin, it will be noted in the description.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods at checkout. Payment must be received in full before the order is processed and shipped.
